Simply connect the pump to the tube in the fountain, connect the LED light cord and solar pump cord to the solar panel and place the panel in the sun. The rechargeable battery pack charges throughout the day (with or without the fountain running) so the gentle water sounds may be enjoyed in the evening as well.
